24 Cancellation Policy

While we absolutely understand emergencies and sickness happen, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy to insure our business is protected. If there is a no show or late cancellation you will be charged 50% of the total service including an esthetician gratuity fee:

Services up to $50 | $5 fee

Services up to $100 | $10 fee

Services up to $150 | $15 fee

Services $200 and up | $20 fee

Please note: Until the balance is paid in full you will be restricted to accessing our online booking for a future appointment.

NO-SHOW AND LATE-CANCELLATION FEES APPLY AND WILL NOT BE WAIVED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  • Menstrual Cycle

  • Other Appointments you schedule outside of Bare Sugar Studio overlapping

  • Running 15 minutes past appointment time (unless we are able to accommodate based on our work schedule that day)

  • Waiting too late to let us know you are ill or something has come up

  • Not having enough hair growth

  • Forgot about your appointment (as we do notify you by 4 text reminders and emails about your upcoming appointment)

  • Daycare (as we offer the opportunity for you to bring in your little ones to the shop)

  • Trying to reschedule by emailing or calling us less than 24 hours to your appointment time
